CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER, SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Karl Uherek is a Senior Associate and has practiced architecture for more than 25 years. He specializes in banking projects, as well as commercial and retail developments. A registered architect, Karl received his Bachelor of Environmental Design degree in 1988 from Texas A&M University.

As a Corporate Account Manager, Karl has helped the firm complete more than 100 projects for financial institutions that include ground up, inline, and remodel design and construction. He has provided programming services and managed projects for some of the firm’s nationally known clients from the early stages of design through project closeout. Prior to joining Levinson Alcoser, Karl managed numerous projects ranging from grocery stores to shopping centers and large retail power centers.

He values his relationships with both owners and contractors, and is driven to see that each party is satisfied with the results. Karl brings personal integrity and a commitment to teamwork to every project he participates in, ensuring that the quality and performance of each building meets or exceeds the owner’s expectations.
