CORPORATE ACCOUNT MANAGER, SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Carl Penland has 29 years of professional experience in the management and delivery of architectural services for a wide range of project types that include corporate office, retail facilities, medical office, healthcare, assisted living, higher education, and hospitality. His diverse expertise was developed through his work in a variety of markets across the United States. Carl’s commitment to his clients’ projects and schedules is evident by the repeat business we receive. Carl currently leads the design team and serves as Corporate Account Manager for one of the firm’s largest retail clients.

Carl received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Houston in 1985, and served as Partner/Managing Principal of his own architecture firm for 16 years. He joined Levinson Alcoser Associates in 2011 after successfully partnering with the firm on several projects.
