PLANNING

Levinson Alcoser’s Planning group focuses on the customer’s current and long-term needs related to planning and site development. Working closely with our clients, we organize each site to meet their criteria and standards. We ensure that the site is efficient and maximizes its potential by addressing considerations such as access, aesthetics, topography, drainage, circulation, and any other factors that might impact the site. ENGINEERING

Levinson Alcoser’s Civil Engineering group provides comprehensive services for both public and private clients, focusing on responsiveness to the client’s needs within the project schedule and budget constraints. Our civil team offers proven experience and in-depth knowledge of site and land development, utility districts and public works, transportation and roadways, and floodplain management and mitigation utilizing state-of-the-art technology. We have the expertise to take any project from concept to completion, ensuring compliance with regulatory agencies and minimizing potential scheduling or construction issues.

INTERIOR DESIGN

With an extensive work history on all sizes of corporate projects, Levinson Alcoser’s Interior Design studio has established itself as a well-respected commercial interiors entity focusing on office and professional buildings, retail facilities, restaurants, and financial institutions. We design our interior spaces for visual impact and productivity, determining the spatial needs, objectives, and personnel requirements to create harmonious and useable environments. Another important consideration is design flexibility to accommodate the future needs of our clients and their facilities. LANDSCAPE ARCHITECTURE

Levinson Alcoser’s Landscape Architecture group provides design services for public, private, and institutional projects. By integrating our client’s goals and visions into our design approach, we develop attainable design solutions. Ever conscious of the surrounding environment, our designs often incorporate responsible green practices including native and low maintenance plant material, water conserving “smart” irrigation systems, and sustainable hardscape elements.
